KN95 Mask Manufacturing Machine
KN95 mask manufacturing machine adopts ultrasonic technology for automatic operations to produce 4-5 layers of KN95 masks. The molds can be easily changed to accommodate a wide range of KN95, N95, FFP mask production. The specially designed, TESTEX mask making machine is suitable for various earloops materials, stable running without stuttering and jamming.
This KN95 mask manufacturing machine uses the computer PLC programming control and servo drive to stabilize mask production. Also, it uses modular design, is easier to use, and saves labor.

KN94 Mask Manufacturing Machine
KF94 mask manufacturing machine, also called fish mask manufacturing machine, and a fully automatic mask manufacturing machine for KF94 standard or DS2 standard mask production, can produce different masks depending on the raw materials used.
KF94 mask manufacturing machine is mainly composed of two parts: main body machine and ear band welding, using servomotor, cylinder, and ultrasonic welding instrument to complete the mask production line.

However, the final product still needs to be tested. ATI recommends two workers per machine. Guarding for safety standards will be completed by the customer.
